Safe and Responsible Gaming

At qk0k, we place the highest importance on responsible gaming

So that entertainment does not turn into a problem — qk0k gives you deposit limits, self-exclusion, and 24/7 Bengali support.

What is Responsible Gaming?

Online gaming is an entertainment activity — but it stays enjoyable only when played within limits.

qk0k is committed to creating a safe, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for players in Bangladesh. Responsible gaming means staying aware of your budget, time, and emotions. It is not a restriction — it is the best way to keep gaming fun in the long run.

To ensure the safety of every player on our platform, we provide multiple protection tools. You can set your own deposit limits, take a break, or fully suspend your account at any time. Responsible gaming at qk0k is not just a policy — it is our core philosophy.

Age Restriction

For those aged 21 and above only

All gaming services at qk0k are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Opening an account for minors is completely prohibited. If there are minors in your household, please make sure they cannot access your account. If you have any concerns, contact our support team.

Age is verified at the time of registration. Providing false information will result in immediate account cancellation and deposited funds may be forfeited.

Our Protection Tools

qk0k gives you the ability to keep your gaming habits under control.

Set Deposit Limits

You can set how much money you can deposit per day, per week, or per month. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit have a 24-hour review period.

Time-Out Feature

Use the time-out feature if you want to take a temporary break. You can pause your account for a set period ranging from 1 day to 6 weeks. During this time, no gaming or deposits will be possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you need a long-term break from gaming, choose the self-exclusion option. It is possible to close your account starting from 6 months up to permanently. Any attempt to open a new account during the exclusion period will be cancelled.

Session Reminders

After you have been playing for a set amount of time, qk0k will automatically send you a notification. You can decide how many minutes or hours after which this alert is sent — so you can take a mindful break.

Reality Check

Track your gaming history, total spending, and time played. You can view transparent statistics at any time from your account dashboard. Seeing the data makes it easier to make the right decisions yourself.

Account Verification

qk0k follows a necessary identity verification process to ensure security. This protects your account from unauthorized use and maintains a fair gaming environment.

Warning Signs of Problematic Gaming

If gaming turns from entertainment into addiction, there are signs you can notice yourself. If you or someone close to you shows the following signs, seek help immediately.

Spending more money than your budget on bets and continuing to play to recover lost money.

Reducing time with family, friends, or work to prioritize gaming.

Lying or hiding about spending or time related to gaming.

Feeling restless, irritable, or stressed when unable to play.

Taking loans or facing financial difficulties to fund gaming.

Repeatedly trying to quit but being unable to control yourself.

Experiencing mental fatigue over gaming or losing focus on daily tasks.

Core Principles of Responsible Gaming

Following these five principles will keep gaming enjoyable at all times.

01

Set Your Budget First

Before each gaming session, decide how much money you can spend. You should not go beyond that limit — whether you win or lose.

02

Set a Time Limit

Set a specific time limit for gaming. Use an alarm or session reminder so you do not forget when to stop.

03

Play for Entertainment

Gaming is not a way to earn income, it is entertainment. There is no guarantee of winning. Continuing to play to recover lost money is never the right approach.

04

Do Not Play on Impulse

Avoid gaming when you are stressed, sad, or angry. Making decisions with a clear head is always better.

05

Seek Help When Needed

If you struggle to control yourself, contact qk0k support or use our self-exclusion tool. Asking for help is an act of courage.

How to Set Limits

You can manage these tools yourself from your qk0k account.

Daily Limit

Set the maximum amount you can deposit each day from your account settings. Takes effect immediately.

Weekly Limit

Set a total deposit limit for seven days. Daily and weekly limits can be active at the same time.

Monthly Limit

Set a monthly deposit limit that resets automatically at the start of each month.

Close Account

You can request to close your account through support at any time. The process is completed quickly after the request is made.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most frequently asked questions about responsible gaming.

After logging into your account, go to the Settings or Account Management section and look for "Responsible Gaming". There you will find options to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. For any issues, get help via 24/7 live chat.

After a temporary time-out period ends, your account becomes active again automatically. However, for a long-term self-exclusion, it is not possible to reactivate the account before the set period expires. Once the exclusion period ends, you will need to contact support to request reactivation.

Yes, qk0k strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Age is verified at the time of registration, and additional identity documents may be requested in suspicious cases. If a user is suspected to be underage, the account is suspended immediately.

You can speak in Bengali with qk0k's 24/7 live chat support. Or email us at [email protected]. Our team will guide you in the right direction with complete confidentiality and help activate the necessary tools.

A request to lower a limit takes effect immediately. However, a request to increase a limit requires a waiting period of at least 24 hours — this is intentional to prevent overspending in the heat of the moment.

Keeping your gaming hidden can often be an early sign of a problem. We recommend speaking openly with a trusted family member about it. If that feels difficult, talk to the qk0k support team — we help without any judgment.

Stay Safe and Play with Joy

At qk0k, responsible gaming is always our top priority. Enjoy our games, but stay within your limits.
