Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the qk0k platform. This document forms the basis of the agreement between you and us.
Important Notice By registering on qk0k or using the platform, you will be considered to have fully accepted all the terms and conditions stated below. If you do not agree with any condition, please do not use this platform. For any questions, contact our support team.

1 General Provisions
qk0k (hereinafter referred to as "Platform", "we" or "our") is an online gaming service provider that operates live casino, slot games, cricket betting and other entertainment gaming activities for users in Bangladesh.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between qk0k and its users. By accessing the platform or using any service, you will be considered to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
Applicable Law: These Terms will be governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Bangladesh. It is the user's responsibility to comply with local laws regarding online gaming in their own area.
Even if these Terms are published in English or another language, the version published in Bengali will be considered final and effective. In case of any dispute, the Bengali version will take precedence.

2.1 Age Requirement
The minimum age to register and use the qk0k platform is 21 years. This platform is strictly prohibited for those under 21 years of age. By accessing the platform, you declare that you are at least 21 years old and are legally able to participate in gaming activities.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each individual may create only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be permanently closed and funds held may be forfeited.
2.3 Registration Information
When creating an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information, including:
- Full name (as per national identity card)
- Valid mobile number or email address
- Date of birth
- Preferred payment method details
Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, notify our support team immediately.
2.4 Password Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. Never share your password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

qk0k follows KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. We reserve the right to verify identity when processing withdrawal requests or in cases of significant deposits.
3.1 Documents Required for Verification
- Proof of Identity: A clear photo of National Identity Card (NID), passport or driving licence
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or government document (issued within the last 3 months)
- Payment Method Verification: Proof of ownership of the payment account used
Verification Time: After all required documents are submitted, the verification process is generally completed within 24 to 72 working hours. Withdrawals may be on hold until verification is complete.
If incomplete or unclear documents are submitted, we may request additional information. Withdrawals may be delayed until the verification process is fully completed.

4.1 Deposits
The following payment methods are accepted for deposits at qk0k. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to verified accounts.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit, unless otherwise approved.
- Funds earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification is not complete.
4.3 Deposit Refund Policy
Once a deposit has been successfully credited, it is generally non-refundable. However, in the case of a duplicate deposit or incorrect credit due to a technical error, notify our support team immediately — we will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly.

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳8,000, your total balance will be ৳16,000.
Wagering Requirement: The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times (15x) the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a ৳4,000 bonus, you must place ৳60,000 in bets before withdrawing.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus is applicable only once per account.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can be withdrawn after the wagering requirements are met.
- The welcome bonus must be claimed within 30 days of the account registration date.
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same household, device or IP address is prohibited.
- If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and any amount earned from it will be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
qk0k operates a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback
VIP tier advancement is determined based on overall gaming activity and loyalty. Contact our support team for details about the specific benefits of each tier.

6.1 General Gaming Terms
All games available on the qk0k platform operate according to defined rules and return policies. The specific rules for each game can be found in that game's interface.
- Game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) — results cannot be altered in any way.
- If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, we will attempt to restore it from the last saved state.
- qk0k will not be liable for any loss resulting from a game being left incomplete due to network disconnection.
- If a dispute arises over the interpretation of game rules, qk0k's decision will be considered final.
6.2 Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each game or betting market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. We reserve the right to change betting limits at any time.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games are run in real time by professional dealers. The dealer's decisions and results in live games are final — no appeals are accepted in this regard, unless there is technical evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and if detected, the account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited:
Warning: Involvement in prohibited activities may result not only in account closure but also in legal action if necessary.
- Creating multiple accounts or claiming multiple bonuses.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Using software, bots or automated systems to play.
- Attempting to manipulate game results or the system.
- Unauthorized use of another user's information or account.
- Hacking, phishing or cyber attacks against the platform.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a false identity or forged documents for account verification.
9 Account Suspension and Closure
9.1 Account Closure by Us
qk0k may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
- Order from a court or government authority.
- Failure to cooperate with the account verification process.
9.2 Account Closure by User
If you wish to close your account on your own, please notify our support team in writing. You should withdraw your verified balance before closing the account.
9.3 Funds in Suspended Accounts
The balance of an account closed due to a rule violation may be forfeited. However, if an account is closed for any other reason and no rule violation is involved, arrangements will be made to return the verified balance.

10.1 Self-Exclusion Feature
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, you can arrange a self-exclusion or temporary break through our support team. We will help temporarily suspend your account for a specified period.
10.2 Setting Deposit Limits
Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits if they wish. Contact our support team to set or change these limits. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing a limit is subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, qk0k will bear no liability for the following:
- Games being interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
- Service disruptions from third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, etc.).
- Losses resulting from a user's own negligence regarding their device or account security.
- Game outcomes being affected by unforeseen or invisible technical errors (in such cases, a refund of the stake will be arranged).
- Any legal consequences arising from a violation of online gaming laws in the user's area.
For any valid claim, qk0k's maximum liability will be limited to the amount of funds in the user's account at the time of the specific incident.

qk0k reserves the right to partially or fully change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will notify users as far in advance as reasonably possible.
Effective Date: Updated terms will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
